Refund policy

We want every builder to love what they receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, email us at hello@binarysunsethilts.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at binarysunsethilts@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Missing Pieces

Brick-built kits occasionally have missing or misidentified pieces. If you're missing any components, contact us and we will attempt to fond and ship the missing pieces. Keep in mind this is a difficult process for us and our supplier and might take some time.
